Your Responsibilities

Act as a key interface to BPO partners and support daily operational communication
Support business volume forecasting and assist in operational planning
Monitor service quality through call and chat audits (e.g. communication style, issue handling, documentation)
Identify improvement areas based on data and operational insights
Support the development and delivery of trainings for operational teams
Create and maintain training materials, guidelines, and assessments
Train stakeholders on internal systems and processes

Your Profile

First experience in operations, customer service, BPO environments, or similar fields
Strong analytical mindset and confidence in working with data
Good understanding of operational processes and service quality management
Experience in training, coaching, or creating training materials is a plus
Comfortable working with common office tools and data analysis tools
Strong communication skills and structured way of working
Fluent in Mandarin & English, German is a plus
